Provider Verification
All service providers on Jobsy go through an identity verification process. We verify contact information and business details to ensure legitimacy.
Payments (coming soon)
For now, arrange payment directly with your provider after accepting their bid. Secure in-app payments are being built and will add 3D Secure authentication, dispute resolution, and encrypted transaction logging. Your financial information will never be stored on our servers.
Digital Contracts
Every job on Jobsy is covered by a legally binding digital contract, signed by both parties before work begins. The contract locks in price, scope, timeline, and cancellation terms — regardless of how payment is arranged.
Schedule Conflict Detection
Jobsy automatically prevents providers from accepting overlapping jobs. If a provider already has an active contract during your job dates, they cannot bid on your job.
Reviews & Ratings
Our review system helps you make informed decisions. Only users who completed a contract can leave reviews, ensuring authenticity.
In-App Messaging
Communicate with providers through Jobsy's built-in messaging system. This keeps your personal contact information private until you choose to share it.
Milestone Tracking
Large jobs are broken into milestones. The provider marks each milestone as complete, and you review and approve it. This keeps both parties accountable throughout the project.
